Today is National Pancake Day.
And who doesn't like a stack of these fluffy warm cakes, slathered with butter, and swimming in Maple syrup? I decided to share a cute poem by Shel Silverstein from her book Where The Sidewalk Ends.
Who wants a pancake,
Sweet and piping hot?
Good little Grace looks up and says,
